The following tasks await you:
Consulting on service-to-satisfaction processes (aftermarket) using the integrated SAP product portfolio – in particular S/4HANA Service, S/4HANA Service Cloud (CX components), and SAP Field Service Management
Independent planning and implementation of service and aftermarket projects with a focus on service management – including cost estimation, implementation, workshops, and training for users and project teams
(Sub)project management with budget and success responsibility – you will be the primary contact for our customers and assume technical leadership as well as the training and development of internal colleagues
Further development of our consulting portfolio in the area of service-to-satisfaction and expansion of our consulting expertise
Transformation of existing CRM and ERP functionalities into modern SAP service processes
Requirements
To be prepared for your career as a manager, you have the following qualifications:
Completed university degree and at least 6 years of professional experience in the Consulting (or in-house consulting) with a focus on SAP service projects
Passion for technical and strategic leadership in the context of sales or service processes, as well as in developing partnerships
Expertise in SAP solutions, particularly S/4HANA Service, S/4HANA Service Cloud (CX components), and SAP Field Service Management, as well as experience in technical project management of SAP service projects
Your working style is characterized by a professional appearance, analytical thinking, independent working style, and the ability to work in a team
Things to know before you leave:
Start: By arrangement – always at the beginning of each month
Working hours: Full-time (40 hours); 30 vacation days
