Key Responsibilities Performing structural analysis (hand calcs + FEA) on mechanical and composite parts and assemblies.
Delivering clear, actionable feedback and reports to design teams from concept through to completion.
Collaborating with Design and Production teams to ensure structural integrity, performance, and safety.
Conducting peer reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of structural methodologies.
Supporting issue resolution during testing, manufacturing, and development phases.
Researching new materials, processes, and tools to enhance performance and efficiency.
Participating in project planning, tracking, and reporting, support compliance and IP efforts. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Motorsport Engineering or similar.
Experience in Formula 1, elite motorsport, or advanced engineering sectors.
Proficient in FEA, ideally using Altair Hypermesh; Python skills desirable.
Skilled at delivering results in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
Effective communicator and team player, with a proactive and professional approach.
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
Solid understanding of Health & Safety and regulatory compliance.
