Overview:

Position Responsibility:
· Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
· Conduct regular inspections of the building’s systems and facilities to identify and resolve issues.
· Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls from staff or management.
· Assist with office setups, furniture moves, and workstation modifications.
· Maintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools.
· Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and submit purchase order requests as needed.
· Ensure compliance with building safety regulations and policies.
· Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs and inspections.
· Perform seasonal tasks such as landscaping and freeze preparations
· Maintain records of maintenance work, inspections, and equipment service.

Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Proven experience in building maintenance or a similar role (2+ years preferred).
· Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
· Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and work orders.
· Basic computer skills for work order systems and email communication.
· Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
