Specifically tuned chassis elements guarantee exceptional agility, high driving safety, and stable handling, especially when cornering. The Chassis Development department is responsible for chassis development across all model series, taking into account the requirements of driving dynamics, ride comfort, and braking performance. This includes the design, construction, and testing of axles, wheels, brakes, and spring and damper systems, as well as the development of mechatronic chassis control systems and the tuning of the entire chassis in road tests.
During your internship, you will gain comprehensive insights into the Porsche working world and, depending on the focus of your studies, support us with the following projects and activities:
Pre-development or series development of chassis systems and components
Design and calculation as well as test bench and vehicle testing
Conducting and evaluating driving tests
Support in the areas of driving dynamics and chassis control systems
Support in the area of ??driver assistance systems
