Tasks

The Logistics and Quality department of the Weissach Development Center combines all logistics and quality assurance activities in a process-oriented manner to ensure the efficient, timely, and quality-compliant supply of prototype and development parts. Our partners include all development departments where design and wind tunnel models, powertrains, vehicle studies, and prototype vehicles are developed and built.

During your internship, you will gain comprehensive insights into the Porsche working environment. Depending on the focus of your studies, you will support us in one of the following areas: Logistics and Order Management:

Strategic and operational logistics planning Process analysis and maintenance of logistics key performance indicators Order planning, assembly planning, and control Scheduling, delivery date tracking of prototype components and various special projects

Quality Management and Assurance:

Quality assurance of purchased parts from the supplier to supply the prototype assembly Monitoring and ensuring measures, and if necessary, troubleshooting at the prototype supplier Development of assembly and assembly concepts using tolerance simulations Dimensional accuracy assurance of prototype vehicles using optical and tactile metrology For more detail, salary and company information, use the apply link
