Motorsport stands for passion. The achievements and experiences of Porsche racing cars, teams, and drivers on racetracks around the world are controlled from Flacht, the home of Porsche Motorsport. The Porsche works team and over 500 Porsche customer teams compete with their racing cars in international racing series week after week. Their goal is always to contest thrilling races, win titles and championships, and keep an important part of the Porsche legend alive.
Technical Customer Support focuses on providing reliable support to individual teams during their testing and racing activities. Comprehensive information provision and close technical support on-site at the racetrack are the unique selling points of Porsche Customer Motorsport.
During your internship, you will gain comprehensive insights into the multifaceted world of Porsche Customer Motorsport and, depending on the focus of your studies, support us with your projects and activities in one of the following departments:
Product Management:
Participation in the planning, organization, and maintenance of a central race calendar.
Participation in the preparation and implementation of international customer training courses (on-site/virtual).
Participation in the development and reporting of a reporting system (analysis of damage data, race reports).
Technical Customer Support:
Support in the creation of technical information for distribution to customer teams.
Support in the handling and preparation of analysis of damaged parts from customer use.
Participation in campaign management for technical changes.
Technical Customer Media:
Participation in the creation of customer media (print/online/video).
Preparation and support of coordination on technical content with the development departments.
Support in the definition and implementation of editorial guidelines (editorial guidelines/glossary) with regard to didactic requirements for customer media.
