The Complete Vehicle Validation department is responsible for implementing effective verification and validation management in vehicle projects and bears overall responsibility for effective validation using physical and virtual methods in all phases of the product development process.
The department is responsible for the preparation, execution, and follow-up of worldwide test drives and endurance tests. The coordination and implementation of functional validation and complete vehicle validation, including driving simulators and concept vehicles, is also within our area of ??responsibility, as is comprehensive vehicle and error management.

Complete vehicle validation
Support with complete vehicle testing and prototype construction
Participation in the preparation of the testing status for presentation to the top management of Development and the Executive Board of Porsche AG
Support in the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of the weekly team meeting
Assistance with the coordination, maintenance, and adjustment of endurance test planning
Participation in the configuration and ordering of test vehicles
Vehicle management
Planning and systematic recording of the prototype construction process
Support of test vehicles in test operations
Support with vehicle handling of test vehicles
Process analysis, requirements definition, and testing in IT projects
Creation of internal communication and presentation documents
Vehicle and block testing
Participation in the creation of tender documents/award documents and quantity structures for Awarding of contracts within the scope of testing
Participation in reporting for vehicle and block testing
Participation in the preparation of committee documents
Participation in resource and site management for testing and proving grounds
Commitment and cost tracking
Endurance test management
Support in endurance test planning
Participation in vehicle preparation and support, as well as the management of endurance test vehicles
Support in day-to-day operations, such as planning modifications and organizing assessments
Participation in the preliminary analysis and documentation of complete vehicle topics
Support in the preparation of endurance test status reports
Participation in the preparation and evaluation of driving performance measurements
Functional validation
Participation in the planning/preparation/execution/follow-up of complete vehicle tests and management drives
Support in the development of test priorities in coordination with the relevant departments
Documentation and processing of test results
Management and handling of development vehicles
Support in the further development of IT tools for documentation and evaluation
Validation & Verification Management
Support in the development and implementation of processes, methods, and (IT) tools in the context of vehicle verification and validation
Partial participation in strategic projects, including preparation and follow-up of committees, workshops, and coordination meetings
Partial (or partial) takeover and independent management of small projects within the defined task area
Development of training and qualification concepts within the framework of process work and Porsche driver training
Participation in operational resource and procurement management
Whole Vehicle Quality
Support of whole vehicle defect management and quality control in development
Design of a reporting system for test vehicle restrictions and closures, as well as development of the interface to defect management
Participation in the analysis and preparation of results and data from worldwide whole vehicle testing
Participation in the preparation of management reports and status reports
Insights into processes, methods, tools, tasks, and IT solutions in the area of ??defect management
Support in coordinating the test findings with the responsible departments
