The following tasks await you:
Consulting in client projects: Holistic project management and trusted advisor for our clients in the implementation of operational and target group-oriented measures in close collaboration with managers and HR departments, as well as consulting and support in the implementation of skill-based organizations (SBOs) to increase the efficiency of the HR function.
Talent management: Portfolio development as well as design and implementation of future-oriented talent architectures, e.g. B. with regard to performance management, talent acquisition, and workforce management, as well as the development and implementation of skill-based organizational models.
Acquisition: Definition and development of new subject areas, independent management of tenders, and identification and implementation of technologies and tools to support skill-based organizations.
Consulting and training: Consulting managers and HR teams on the implementation of talent architectures, as well as training and support for HR employees and managers in the use of new technologies and tools for the implementation and management of skill-based organizations.
Compliance and data protection: Ensuring compliance with data protection and compliance guidelines when using HR data and implementing best practice guidelines for the management and use of HR data in skill-based organizations.
