Compensation Master Data: Development and implementation of strategies to optimize compensation data management while ensuring data integrity and accuracy

Employee Lifecycle Management: Management and optimization of core administrative processes in the employee lifecycle, as well as development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency

HR Process Management: Assessment and optimization of HR processes, development and implementation of HR strategies, and collaboration with stakeholders to identify and implement process optimizations

Advising managers and HR teams on the implementation of HR strategies, as well as training and supporting them in the use of new technologies and tools
