The following tasks await you:
Advising managers on all important HR and employment law issues (e.g., performance appraisals, promotions, target agreements, salary development)
Implementing and supporting measures such as performance improvement, transfers, and termination discussions
Close collaboration with HR colleagues, specialist departments, and other areas
Improving HR processes and workflows, e.g., by identifying potential for improvement
Clear communication and implementation of HR policies and close collaboration with the works council
