Design and implementation of an integrated management system (IMS) for the group of companies, including international versions

Further development of existing quality and environmental management systems and rollout to subsidiaries

Conduct internal self-assessments as well as preparation, implementation, and follow-up of external audits (e.g., ISO certifications)

Analysis of audit and management evaluations with subsequent derivation and management of improvement measures

Contact person for internal departments, external auditors, and customers for certification inquiries
