Are you a passionate expert in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM)? Do you want to work in an agile and international team with extensive expertise and a high pace of innovation? Then you've come to the right place! We are looking for someone to help us shape the future of IAM solutions and take our security standards to the next level. The following tasks await you:

Close collaboration with business units to evaluate and communicate IAM requirements, including access requirements, user roles, and compliance with ISMS regulations, as well as support with IAM processes in implementation projects. Evaluation and optimization of IAM processes and workflows to identify potential for improvement and automation, as well as to mitigate security threats and compliance risks. Implementation of IAM processes in the solutions (Sailpoint, Entra-ID), including access controls, concept reviews, authentication mechanisms, and identity lifecycle management. Creation and maintenance of IAM requirements documentation to ensure communication and knowledge transfer, as well as investigation and assessment of user-relevant security incidents using the deployed SIEM solution (Microsoft Sentinel with Sailpoint). Creation of security incident reports for regular reporting and support in the development of detection capabilities for various threats to minimize attack surfaces and vectors.
