Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. What you need? The mindset of an athlete. Your mission
Point of contact for employees in all matters concerning approvals, social insurance, and time trackingCreation and management of employment contracts in close collaboration with HR business partnersRecording of illness and accident data, handling with external parties, and maintenance of the time tracking systemPlanning and execution of the monthly Welcome Event for new employeesOrganization of exit interviews and preparation of reference lettersSupport in payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely salary paymentsInvolvement in the creation and optimization of HR processesEnsuring the high quality and accuracy of HR data, including the maintenance and updating of employee informationSupport in HR projects and implementation of the company strategy
Your profile
At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar roleGood knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security systemsIndependent, detail-oriented, and reliable work styleExperience with SAP, ideally SAP Fiori and PersonioProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)High IT affinity for our upcoming digitalization projectsStrong service orientation and enjoyment of working with an international teamProficiency in English and German language skills
