JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY
Main mission is to collect, process, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data manipulation tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Collection & Processing:
- Gather data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Clean, validate, and transform raw data for analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools : Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Generate actionable insights to support business strategies.
Business Intelligence Support:
- Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer experience.
Data Management & Automation:
- Optimize data retrieval and reporting processes.
- Maintain documentation on data processes and methodologies.

COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Work Experience: 3 years in data analysis or a similar role
- Language: Fluency in English, French and Arabic
- Preferred Skills & Abilities: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience ++ with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Knowledge of Python/R for data analysis (preferred).

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
