About the team:
PCBA Maintenance Technicians perform Reactive, Proactive and Preventative Maintenance on SMT Equipment. This includes Automated assembly consisting of Robots, PLC’s, Camera/Vision Systems, automated Screwdrivers, etc. with the ability to troubleshoot, act independently with minimal supervision.
What you can look forward to as a PCBA Maintenance Technician
- Basic troubleshooting of electrical systems – locate shorts in wiring; use multimeter to check continuity, power, and phases, use amp probe.
- Conducts basic tests or analysis on production equipment to determine operability.
- Applies standard troubleshooting techniques to determine and correct for malfunctions.
- Capable of operating & performing maintenance on SMT equipment; Insert/Onsert, Screen Print, Inspection (API, AOI), Reflow oven, Laser Etch, X-Ray, etc. as required.
- Develops and conduct machine operator training.
- Tooling – Use of power tools to fabricate non-precision parts i.e. sensor brackets, etc.
- Makes effective technical decisions and communicates them to Maintenance, Engineering, Production and Management to support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Comply with and support the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your Profile as a PCBA Maintenance Technician:
- High School Diploma or GED with 7 years’ experience installing, maintaining and repairing electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be willing to work Friday through Sunday nights.

The expected base compensation for this role is $18.00 - $41.12 hourly. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
