We have a new opportunity to be part of our Finance team in the role of Systems Accountant playing a key role in the successful implementation of our new ERP system (Dynamics 325), making sure that the Finance team's needs are fully integrated into the broader strategy.
As our Systems Accountant, you will be the lead point of contact for Finance in relation to the ERP system, attending project review meetings to represent all of Finance’s needs and deliverables, and liaising with software providers to ensure they are embedded into the system in the most efficient and effective way. You will also be providing “hypercare” relating to Finance reporting and functionality needs within the system.
You will take the lead in designing, developing, and executing a comprehensive plan for the ongoing system, driving process and policy enhancements that align with and support the broader business goals. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing your skill levels to industry standards while keeping a current and in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
Accountancy experience is essential, with a part-qualified/qualified accounting qualification preferable (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
Possess an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Possess a thorough understanding of financial systems and efficient internal control processes.
Previous experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally in an F1/high-level Motorsport environment,

This is a full-time office-based role based at our campus in Silverstone, with additional requirement to travel to other locations where necessary.
