What awaits you?
-Setting up, monitoring, and administering credit lines on a daily basis, ensuring LCC decisions, performing daily factoring/loan process, executing retention of title process, informing NSC with a daily overview about outstanding and remaining limits for each dealer.
-Administering interest rates (as defined by Finance & Sales) to calculate dealer interest on a monthly basis and issuing invoices.
-Performing collections process (payments for vehicles, interest charges, curtailment payments), monitoring payment behavior and informing Credit management about potential early warning signals.
-Managing stock audit process including provider steering: scheduling, coordinating, and supervising inventory audits; monitoring KPI, ensuring quality assurance, supporting tender process, reviewing invoices, and escalating issues.
-Monitoring and fulfilling qualitative and quantitative targets (e.g., Dealer Satisfaction Index, Stock Audits monitoring time, SOT’s reaction and reporting time).
-Supporting dealers regarding all IT system-based questions (Dealer Front End System).
-Managing the overall operational functioning and performance of the Commercial Finance Services team as well as its effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity in all processes.
What should you bring along?
- University degree in Business Administration / Finance / Economics (or comparable)
- Minimum 3 years experience in the field of Financial Services / Banking sector (preferably in commercial finance / wholesale finance, incl. stock audits)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Advanced knowledge of Polish and English (verbal and written)
