We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic CRM Manager to lead our retention marketing program, driving incremental growth for the Red Bull F1 Marketing Team.
This key role will help the Marketing Team deliver, measure, and optimise campaigns, while enhancing fan journeys and ensuring an excellent fan experience.
This is a great opportunity to lead campaign strategy, execution, and measurement, while growing our CRM retention program for the F1 Team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, create and optimise CRM campaigns in conjunction with overall strategy, finding the perfect balance between engaging with fans, retaining them, and achieving our growth and commercial goals.
- Produce high quality and timely campaigns that are fan-centric, innovative, and relevant.
- Work closely with the Content team to create and execute engaging multi-channel campaigns that drive acquisition and retention while minimising churn.
- Working with our fan loyalty Team to maximise growth in the Team’s loyalty program – The Paddock.
- Compiling weekly campaign reporting and analysis, confidently dissecting the data, and providing recommendations and key takeaways for optimisation through test and learn methodologies.
- Manage workload and stakeholder relationships with wider Marketing team including but not limited to the Web, Content, Social, Communications, Commercial, Relations, Partnerships, Brand, Finance and Legal Teams.
- Manage external stakeholder relationships with Red Bull Shop and Movable Ink.
Essential Accountabilities:
- At least 5 years’ experience in the development and implementation of a successful CRM strategy, with back-end system knowledge.
- Built successful retention programmes whilst being familiar with working in a B2C subscription-based business.
- Experience in working on acquisition campaigns and loyalty programs.
- Experience using CRM platforms, working on an end-to-end basis, execution through to developing and owning reporting & analytics.
- Detailed and thorough understanding of legal compliance relating to GDPR, data privacy and security.
- Data-focused and ROI driven, whilst being confident in communicating and presenting with core stakeholders across the business.
