Mission:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality IT Traceability Process Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business analysis and IT project management, particularly in traceability and quality systems. You will play a key role in analysing business needs, managing cross-functional projects, and enhancing traceability processes to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse functional requirements from stakeholders including business owners, engineering teams, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead and coordinate IT projects focused on the development, improvement, and maintenance of traceability applications.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Enhance customer experience by delivering reliable and efficient traceability solutions.
- Support change management and training initiatives related to traceability systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, data modeling, or working with traceability applications.
- Proven track record in IT project management and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of requirements engineering, process design, and quality assurance methodologies.
- Solid foundation in IT operations and systems integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level or equivalent).
