Main tasks
Perform structural analysis of metallic and composite car components using both Finite Element Analysis and hand calculation methods
Optimize existing design identifying opportunities
Contribute to design review from structural point of view
Define and follow structural proof tests
Analysis of results and improvement of the model correlation
Follow the evolution in terms of material and manufacturing technologies
Report and maintain the calculation achievement
Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Design Engineering or equivalent education
Several years of design experience, preferentially within top-level motorsport industry
Demonstrated expertise of metallic and composite materials
Strong knowledge of Hyperworks or ANSYS
High sense of analysis and innovation
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
Ability to complete tasks with minimal guidance and to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Self-motivation and team playing skills
Excellent analytical and communication skills at all levels
