Provide technical and functional support for the implementation of new / existing system, including configuration, testing, and deployment. Establishing & maintaining metrics, analyzing data to assess performance and implement improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the system, working closely with the IT team and external partners to ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide support to ensure the system meets their needs. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that optimize the use of the system. Develop and maintain reports and analytics to track system adoption, usage, and performance. Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to use the new system effectively. Perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects assigned by manager. Min. Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/ Software Engineering or equivalent Min. 0-3 years of relevant experience in IT, preferably in a support or implementation role in the system Experience with database technologies (MySQL, Oracle, ETL), programming (Python), web development (html, css, -javascript, flask) and CICD (git, docker, K8s, openshift) etc. Experienced in using reporting and data visualization tools, preferably SAP Business Objects, Tableau, PowerBI Prior experience in developing software applications with ASP.Net and API Knowledge in redis, airflow, MongoDB is an added advantage Self-driven, committed to lead others and is also a good team player Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive and meticulous Ability to analyze data and recognize improvement opportunities Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment This is a 2 years contract (renewable / convertible - based on business requirements) under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to partner company.
