Master / Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with at least 10 years of semiconductor design / verification experience Solid technical background in microcontroller SoC Verification and Pattern Development Good understanding in simulation and emulation Track record in managing and leading team (around 10) and external consultants. Dynamic and energetic with zero verification escape mindset and delivering results on time and in quality Proven ability to achieve results in a very dynamic and multi-site environment Highly motivated with ability to prioritize and perform under pressure Strong analytical and communication skills. Experience in automotive industry in functional safety and cybersecurity advantageous Experience in project management or technical leadership is a plus.
