As the Production Manager, you are responsible to lead a team of operators, technicians and supervisors to ensure smooth production management.
In your new role you will:
- Identify ‘bottleneck’ equipment/areas and discuss / analyse problems in relevant departments
- Investigate ways to reduce scrap, non conformity and manpower ineffectiveness
- Able to effectively plan, manage manpower to meet department KPI's(Cycle, Delivery, Yield etc)
- Clarify and communicate management directions
- Be a team leader, being trustworthy and respectful at the same time
- Initiate / Lead productive and cost savings projects contributing to theKPI of the company
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a Senior Engineer or Production Manager
- Excellent knowledge of Production Management (FIFO, LIFO, Kanban and Lean Manufacturing Concepts) and cleanroom environment / protocol
- Able to manage a workforce size of 180 to 250 operators, technicians and supervisors
- Proficient in Tableau and Python Programming
- Knowledge of Business Objects will be advantageous
