We are looking for a Composite Lead Technician to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide a working environment and organisation in line with ISO certification and 6S lean methodology.
- Accurate & timely input into Manufacturing Execution System (MES) & Production Management tools accounting for all productive time
- Composite Component Manufacture in line with technical instruction method & signoff approval process.
- Expectation to perform all task with the intent of achieving Quality targets and right first time (RFT).
- Supervise daily operations within the composite manufacturing areas ensuring all processes are conducted to according protocols.
- Lead a team of composite technicians providing guidance as needed.
- Oversee the manufacturing of laminating, trim and fitting operations ensuring they meet required specification and quality requirements.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and tidy working environment, working within the groups COSHH guidelines and ensuring that all relevant Health and Safety requirements are met.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using hand tools and equipment related to trimming and assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
