We’re looking for our Head of People Operations to develop and lead our strategic business partnering and people operations service across the Red Bull Technology Group. In this role you will upskill and empower your team to deliver innovative, creative and commercial HR solutions which complement the operations of a high performing environment. Whilst we do things differently here, resilience and a competitive spirit are essential.
In this Head of People Operations position you will guide coach and develop the people operations function supporting the HR Director to define and deliver the operational people strategy whilst also creating operating frameworks to drive consistency and efficiency across the organisation
To be successful in this Head of People Operations role, you will need:
- Extensive experience developing and leading a large People Operations/Human Resources team
- A background of operating in highly pressured and dynamic organisations
- Proven ability to lead and drive change
- A creative mindset with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration
- Strong influencing and coaching skills.
- Experience of managing complex ER cases
- A minimum of CIPD to Level 5, and ideally hold or be willing to work towards CIPD Level 7
