In this Junior HR Advisor role, you will be operating in a supporting capacity with the outstanding team currently Partnering with Red Bull Powertrains and Race Team. With this team in place, you will be given outstanding support to allow you to grow in your career and gain exposure to exciting facets of HR. Not only will you support Red Bull Powertrains you’ll get the opportunity to support our best-in-class Race Team as they transition into an exciting new way of operating. Working in the pinnacle of motorsport and supporting work such as ER cases, Performance Reviews (inc. trend analysis), development of organisational charts, and much more – this really is a unique opportunity!
