We are currently seeking for a race Mechanic (m/f/d) who should have previous experience within Motorsport, with good knowledge of assembly/disassembly of sub-assembly components, such as Uprights, Suspension Arms, Brakes, and similar components. The successful candidates will be highly organised and able to work in a high-pressure environment, will be prepared to work overtime if requested or as the project requires will travel to Races, Tests & Motorsport Events on demand. He or she should be prepared to Support Pit Stop Activities as well. Be part of our research and development and works motorsport team in Cologne, Germany.

Your tasks:
assembly and adjustments of sub assembled items related to the race car, e.g. Uprights, Suspension Arms, Driveshafts and Brakes
disassembling, cleaning, inspection, and testing of components
maintaining accurate records of component build up and mileage changes
support the Race Car build on demand
ensuring all components of the race car are safely joined, with keeping an eye on Attention to detail
periodic travel with the team to races & tests (on demand)
ensure the race car &Components are properly functioning
maintain a professional and clean appearance of race cars, equipment at the Workshop & on the Racetrack
keeping work area clean and always organized
The successful candidate will:
have a technical background and proven experience as a Mechanic (m/f/d) in a high-level motorsport team
show previous experience with SSB components is highly appreciated
Have the proven ability to work to tight deadline in a group or alone and remain calm under pressure
ensure attention to details and high standard work
write and speak English to a professional level
