Alpine F1 Team are seeking a Composite Technician -Trim and Assembly (Weekend Nightshift) to join our team in Enstone.
The Role:
Key responsibilities include:
Producing parts that meet company objectives and specifications.
Collaborating with stakeholders to provide input on design for manufacturing.
Working as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Meeting deadlines using company systems like “Work To Lists” and D365.
Checking materials for correctness according to route operations and technical specifications.
Recording and communicating non-conformance issues as per department procedures.
Processing workload and releasing to the next operation promptly.
The Person:
Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and models.
Proficient in using current department technology.
PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Ability to create a positive profile for yourself and the department.
Flexible approach to work, able to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Well-organized with attention to detail.
Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Adherence to good housekeeping and health & safety policies.
