What you'll do
The Logistic Specialist for Genesis Magma Racing is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all material logistics related to the racing program. This includes the international transport of race cars, spare parts, tools, and garage infrastructure via road, sea, and air.
- Organize and manage the international transport of race cars, parts, tools, and infrastructure (by road, air, sea) to and from test and race venues.
- Ensure full compliance with international transport laws, customs regulations, ATA carnets, and all shipping documentation.
- Track and maintain freight schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Monitor and optimize transport costs in alignment with allocated budgets.
- Maintain detailed and accurate shipment documentation and records.
What you need
Proven experience in international material or industrial logistics. Strong knowledge of transport regulations, customs procedures, and documentation (e.g. ATA carnets, Incoterms).
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and high-standards environment.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and solution-driven.
- Proficient with standard office tools and logistics tracking systems.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
