The Business Development Manager – Composite seeks new business opportunities and maintains existing major accounts in designated business segment of DIFM & C&I and achieves and exceeds set sales budgets within designated business for Valvoline lubricants and associated car care products.
What you'll do
The Business Development Manager – Composite will be responsible for seeking out new business opportunities in the DIFM & C&I business segments. This will involve building relationships with key accounts and major prospects, as well as maintaining existing customers and endeavouring to increase Valvoline's product ranges to businesses.
What you need
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, such as business or marketing. You will also need to have 5+ years of experience in a sales environment with strong sales hunting skillset. Experience in an industrial or automotive industry is desirable.
