Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Designing and developing innovative training programs in various formats, including face-to-face, virtual sessions, and e-learning modules, in close collaboration with subject matter experts
- Delivering engaging and effective training sessions to diverse audiences
- Coordinating, organizing, promoting, and continuously enhancing the Procurement Academy and its learning offerings
- Managing relationships with external training providers and trainers within the Procurement curriculum
- Evaluating and continuously improving Academy content, processes, and learning experiences to maximize participant value, business impact, and operational efficiency
- Leveraging a variety of learning tools, technologies, and methodologies to create impactful and scalable learning solutions
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are a highly collaborative and customer-focused professional with a solution-oriented mindset and a passion for enabling others to succeed. You excel at building relationships, driving continuous improvement, and delivering impactful learning experiences that create lasting value.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in training delivery and facilitation, with the confidence and credibility to engage audiences at all organizational levels, including senior management
- Experience designing and developing engaging learning solutions using a variety of tools (e.g., Camtasia, PowerPoint, and other learning technologies) and formats
- Passion for learning, knowledge sharing, and capability development
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Highly reliable, proactive, and results-oriented
- Fluency in English – German is a plus
