Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
As a Human Resources Business Partner Trainee, you will support the HR Business Partner team in their daily tasks throughout the employee life cycle.
In your new role, you will
- Employee Lifecycle: Support the different phases of the employee lifecycle: onboarding, people development, training/workshop coordination by partnering with other counterparts in HR
- Events Organization: Assist with internal events organization (workshops, trainings, onboarding sessions, etc.)
- Process documentation: Support process documentation, creating and updating internal documents
- HR Programs & Policy Deployment: Support the deployment of global and local HR policies such as people development, compensation, organizational development, etc.
- Employer Branding: Be an Infineon ambassador by promoting and developing the Infineon culture
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are a dynamic person, able to adapt to different environments and stakeholders and manage different tasks at the same time. You are a good communicator, with a positive and flexible working attitude.
You are best equipped for this position if you have:
- Education: A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or equivalent fields
- Digital tools: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experience: Previous experience in an international environment; experience in Human Resources and basic knowledge of labor law would be an advantage
- Working style: A process-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and enjoying working on projects
- Languages: Fluency in English and Portuguese; business fluency in Spanish or French would be a plus
