Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Execution Support: You support Test Engineers in carrying out semiconductor activities within the laboratory
- ATE Operation: You operate and monitor ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) systems following appropriate training
- Program Handling: You execute predefined programs and supervise ongoing runs
- Setup & Configuration: You prepare, set up, and connect hardware as well as electronic components
- Data Evaluation: You collect, analyze, and document measured results
- Compliance: You adhere to laboratory safety, quality, and operational procedures
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
- Technical Knowledge: You have a basic understanding of electronic components and measurement techniques
- Working Style: You work in a structured, careful, and reliable way
- Motivation: You show a strong interest in hands-on laboratory work and technical problem-solving
- Tools & Hardware: You are confident working with computers and electronic hardware
- Language Skills: You have good English communication skills, both written and spoken (mandatory)

Important information:
- Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
- You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
