Role overview
In Stellantis SWX team we are in search of an experienced Product Manager to join us on the exciting journey towards user-friendly, highly automated, comfortable and safe Advance Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving (AD) software solutions. We empower teams to solve hard customer and business problems. Our goal is to deliver effective solutions which are valuable and usable for the customers and users, viable for the business and feasible for our engineering teams. As a product manager you will be focused on the value and viability of the solution. Deep understanding of customers and users as well as of business constraints will be necessary to provide valuable contribution to the team. You must fall in love with customer problems rather than with solutions. You must be data-driven decision maker and have affinity for automotive and IT industry in order to track industry trends and the competitive landscape. As a team player you must collaborate closely with designers and engineers to discover the most effective solutions to user problems.

Responsibilities
- Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for ADAS/AD products.
- Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Ecosystem Partnerships: Foster relationships with customers, designers, engineers, marketing, finance and other stakeholders.
- User Experience: Collaborate with the UX/UI teams to ensure users fall in love with our solutions.
- Viability: Make sure the solution works within the business constraints.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools and user feedback to assess product performance, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Competitive Analysis: Regularly monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify trends, threats, and opportunities in the ADAS/AD domain.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product performance, development stage, pending decisions and upcoming milestones via public dashboards, well-structured and data-informed narratives, and oral presentations.
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years working experience on technology-powered products as either a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, business analyst or user researcher.
- At least 2 years of Product Management experience.
- Understanding of modern methods of product discovery and product delivery.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to learn multiple functional areas of business, such as engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- Outstanding organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work highly independently in remote team setup.
