We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Gliwice. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for the direct sales of our products to customers in the automotive industry. Your key responsibilities will include:
Negotiating with customers to establish the terms of cooperation Monitoring the flow of information between customers and internal departments Preparing and coordinating the implementation of contracts Optimising the selection of lubricants for customers from a technical and economic perspective Monitoring and analysing market data related to customers under your care Monitoring the activities of competitors among current and potential customers Planning the development of sales among existing and potential customers Implementing sales budget targets Providing sales performance reports Working with an active list of self-generated prospectuses
Our requirements include:
Minimum 3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the automotive industry Economic or technical education, preferably chemical Negotiation skills Ability to analyse data and knowledge of data analysis tools Highly developed communication skills (high culture of communication) Ability to establish and maintain business relationships Goal-oriented, creative in finding new solutions Ability to prioritise tasks and organise your own work Very good knowledge of IT tools, including Microsoft Office Practical knowledge of English at B1/B2 level Ability to work in a corporate and matrix environment Willingness to travel on business, valid driving license category B Knowledge of the lubricant industry will be an additional asset
