We are looking for a Quality Management Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Management Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating activities related to the proper functioning of the Integrated Management System in accordance with the requirements of the system. You will also be responsible for monitoring process indicators, identifying deviations, and preparing quarterly reports on changes. Additionally, you will conduct analytical activities related to the cost of poor quality index in cooperation with process owners, perform internal audits, and participate in external audits (Client, Certification Body). You will also be responsible for maintaining electronic documentation using the BPM system, updating databases, publishing documentation, and ensuring its accuracy. Furthermore, you will coordinate the complaint process and develop trend analysis with an assessment of effectiveness. You will work closely with various departments to maintain quality standards and continuously improve processes.
Key responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in quality management).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proven knowledge of quality management system requirements according to ISO 9001.
- Internal auditor certification, experience in conducting and documenting audits.
- Knowledge of quality problem-solving methods and tools for analysis and improvement.
- Proficiency in English (level allowing for free communication).
- Ability to analyze and logically evaluate issues and make decisions based on measurement results.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and have high communication skills.
- Good organization of personal work, commitment to performing assigned tasks, attention to detail.
