Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Operations Maintenance
- Manage daily O&M of M&E systems including chillers, AHUs, pumps, switchboards, generators, lighting, fire protection, and BMS
- Develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and extend asset life.
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions for M&E faults.
- Monitor energy usage and drive initiatives for cost and energy optimization.
- Ensure compliance with SS, CP, MOM, SCDF, and other statutory codes and safety standards.
Project Management
- Manage M&E projects from design coordination through commissioning and handover.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, method statements, and submittals.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
- Witness testing and commissioning and ensure proper documentation and handover to the O&M team.
Technical Supervision
- Provide guidance and mentorship to technicians.
- Review technical proposals and quotations and prepare purchase requisitions for approval.
- Enforce safety protocols, PTW, and LOTO procedures on site.
- Support audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in M&E O&M and project works, preferably in facilities, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Familiar with Singapore codes and standards: SS, CP, SCDF, MOM regulations. Experience with BMS, energy management, and commissioning processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- This is a 2 years contract (renewable / convertible - based on business requirements) under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to partner company
