The student, as part of the Supply Chain Engineering team and under the guidance of an assigned mentor, will undertake projects working on Infineon's Production Scheduling and Production Network Integration.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Project Support: Provide essential support to a project, working with the Project Manager and other team members to achieve project success.
- Special Projects: Support Project Manager in special projects with cross functional team.
- Process Improvement: Drive improvement initiatives, which covers E2E Supply Chain processes.
- Governance & Standards: Assist to provide business process standards and governance.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist project manager on regular meeting/discussion.
- Documentation & Tracking: Implement project documentation & tracking.
- Analysis & Evaluation: Evaluate and perform analysis to identify project/process gaps.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder requests and support daily operation to drive business result.
Internship Learning Outcomes:
- Project Management: Experience in project management with cross-functional team.
- Supply Chain Exposure: Gain exposure in E2E supply chain manufacturing.
- Semiconductor Knowledge: Attain basic understanding in Fab/backend semiconductor process.
- Communication Skills: Develop communication skills in diverse environment.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Education: On track to attain a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain / Business Administration or other relevant course of studies.
- Technical Proficiency: Thorough familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and project scheduling tools.
- Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet short and long-term deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Good problem solving skills.
