We are seeking a highly motivated intern to help build our next-generation, AI-driven operations ecosystem. You will work on cutting-edge anomaly detection, automated incident triage, and LLM-powered internal tools. This role bridges the gap between traditional software engineering, DevOps, and advanced Artificial Intelligence.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- ML Models: Enhance/build unsupervised ML models.
- Observability: Monitor live system metrics and route asynchronous triage alerts.
- Observability: Create and enhance real-time visualization dashboards.
- AI Ops: Enhance agentic database chatbots.
- AI Ops: Generate natural language queries.
Internship Learning Outcomes:
- Full-Stack Observability: Learn skills in connecting complex backend APIs to interactive web applications, transforming raw telemetry into clear visual charts and metrics dashboards.
- Automated Triage Operations: Gain understanding of modern AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) and semantic search workflows for rapid incident resolution.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Technical Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Foundational Knowledge: Familiarity with general observability concepts.
- Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of statistics and unsupervised machine learning.
- Scripting Skills: Basic proficiency in Python.
