AC/DC & System Supervision – AI Power Delivery
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Develop supervisor firmware and a communications gateway for PSU/BBU/CDU/PBU with timestamped multi-rail telemetry, alarm policies, and diagnostics for AI racks.
- Implement redundancy awareness (N+1), FRU/EEPROM management, and root-cause tagging across rack-level events.
- Design A/B firmware update strategy with rollback and safe-mode enabling zero-downtime operation.
- Support production test hooks, calibration scripts, compliance telemetry recording, and field debug.
- Use PSoC™ Control, XMC™ + DAVE™, ModusToolbox™, RTOS, OPTIGA™ secure identity/signed updates, and interfaces such as CAN/UART/RS-485/Modbus.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- BSEE/MSEE in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 6-8 years of experience.
- Strong embedded firmware and system supervision experience for power supplies (AC/DC front-end, ORV3/MCRPS).
- Hands-on with comms stacks (CAN/UART/RS-485/Modbus) and telemetry/diagnostics architectures.
- Understanding of redundancy behavior, firmware update robustness, and production test enablement.
- Open-minded, communicative; able to work under pressure and independently.
