This position requires working on-site 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina .
What you will do (Responsibilities):
-PDA Group activities related
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation (e.g., streamline processes, enhance data analysis)
- Develop and utilize financial analysis tools to proactively assess financial performance and business risk.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of how group liquidation works and how it impacts the Income Statement and Cash Flow.
- Effectively communicate financial performance and analysis findings to Financial Leadership and key business partners.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
- Prepare the reporting package for the monthly operational review and/or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), selecting the most effective presentation method for the audience.
- Proactively seek growth opportunities (e.g., develop new skills, attend training opportunities, network, provide feedback)
Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Public Accountant degree is a plus).
- Minimum 2-3 year of experience in audit, finance, or accounting roles.
- Intermediate English level.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days on-site) in Vicente López, Buenos Aires.
