Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Define and evolve enterprise AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI strategies, frameworks and adoption approaches.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and recognized AI subject matter expert, advising senior business and technology leaders on AI opportunities, capabilities, risks and adoption considerations
- Drive AI, GenAI and Agentic AI enablement across the organization through advisory services, reusable frameworks, guidance and thought leadership
- Design and facilitate AI opportunity discovery, assessment and prioritization workshops across business domains.
- Define, coordinate and drive cross-domain requirements for enterprise AI capabilities and Agentic foundations, ensuring alignment across business functions, digital organizations and implementation teams
- Lead strategic AI enablement initiatives and establish the foundations, frameworks, methodologies and standards required to scale enterprise AI and Agentic AI value realization
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You combine strong strategic thinking with substantial expertise in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
- A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience spanning AI, technology strategy, digital transformation, consulting or innovation management
- Experience advising senior stakeholders and translating business challenges into AI opportunities
- Strong understanding of machine learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and architectures as well as knowledge of foundation models, reasoning systems, retrieval architectures and AI agents
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience in defining AI strategies, enablement initiatives, value realisation approaches or enterprise-wide frameworks
- Ability to connect technological developments with strategic business outcomes
- Fluent English skills
