Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Lead cross-functional product developments, coordinate project activities
- Ability to inspire and motivate project team members
- Ensure planned project activities are executed timely to meet the production start schedule, complying with approved project budget and scope, meeting required quality.
- Professionally manage requirement change requests, risks, use of tools such as FMEA
- Maintain close co-operation with (internal) customers and suppliers during development
- Align with Engineering, Marketing and Product Management to meet customer requirements
- Timely escalation of issues and risks to Management and take ownership to resolve issues
- Assertive and entrepreneurial mindset
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or similar
- At least 10 years’ experience in industry, preferably in semiconductor industry
- Experience in leading complex multi-disciplinary and multi-site projects
- Experience in Configuration Management and change request tracking tools
- Experience in automotive development is preferred
- Experience in Analog or Digital Design of IC is welcome
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, strong organizational skills
- Team player/driver
- Proficient in English, written and verbal
