Your expertise will shape the technology roadmap and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with SOX and cybersecurity standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dealer and Field platforms
- Building trusted relationships across North America, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to align on priorities and deliver IT solutions
- Achieving unit objectives across schedule, budget, and quality commitments while ensuring reliable service operations
- Leading a high-performing IT application development organization of experienced technical professionals
As a Senior Software Engineering Manager, you will have a strong foundation in application development, integration, and enterprise platforms, with at least 10 years of experience in Information Technology. You will also have a proven ability to provide technical leadership, guide solution design, integration, and delivery execution, and experience managing vendor partners and cross-team coordination in a multi-system environment.
