We are looking for a Procurement Senior Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Your primary focus will be on the marketing, sales, and new business categories, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, analyze market trends, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts

- Manage supplier performance and risk
- Execute strategic sourcing functions in alignment with category
- Meet category performance targets and measures
- Responsible for project implementation and oversight
- Share ideas, negotiate, collaborate, and build consensus across North America sites
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in purchasing and/or procurement-related role
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP or major ERP system
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

- Financial dimensions: All category spend projects >$25k; business users' budgets – analyze and reduce
Decisions Expected:
- Selection of proper category strategies to maximize spend under management and total value for indirect goods and services
- Identify strategies to support performance target achievement and monitor progress
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid role with expectation to be on-site as necessary
- Up to 25% travel – ability to travel on short notice for N.A. support
- ~5 hours per week OT
