What you'll do
The Insurance Services Senior Analyst will collaborate with AHM, AHFC and vendor partners to implement insurance services business strategies and roadmap. They will maintain strong, mutually successful relationships with insurance vendor partners, monitor SLAs and recommend opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Implement initiatives to support Honda insurance business
- Lead project plan to ensure deliverables are accurate and on time
- Conduct research and analysis to understand insurance industry trends and competitive landscape
- Supervise and develop team members
- Contribute to the Insurance Department and AHFC by involvement with ad hoc research and reporting assignments as needed
What you need
We are looking for qualified people with diverse backgrounds and experiences, open minds, and a disciplined work ethic. To bring the future to Honda as an Sr. Analyst, you must have:
- BA/BS degree required in finance, economics, business, business administration, mathematics/statistics, or related field
- 5 + years’ work experience in insurance, financial services and/or automotive manufacturer
- Must have a solid understanding of the automotive industry/automotive finance business
- Understands internal and external customer needs, advocates for improved customer experience
