We are seeking a Manager SAP Security Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for owning and governing SAP authorisation and access management across S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP BTP, and cloud services. This includes designing and maintaining role concepts and authorisation models aligned with Clean Core principles, ensuring compliance and security, including SoD management and audit readiness, managing user lifecycle processes, leading SAP licence management and optimisation activities, overseeing security operations, and ensuring secure integration between SAP on-premise and cloud environments.
Our ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable field, and professional experience in SAP security and authorisations (ECC/S/4HANA) with solid role design expertise. They will also have strong hands-on expertise in SAP troubleshooting and system analysis, including integrated SAP development environments, experience in SAP cloud and hybrid landscapes, a strong understanding of compliance, SoD, and audit requirements, proven experience in project delivery, excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English and German.
