The FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY GmbH is the largest operating society of the globally active FUCHS Group with headquarters in Mannheim and develops, produces, and distributes high-quality lubricants and adjacent chemical specialties for the German and international market.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic responsibility for the segment “Basic Metals” (steel, aluminum, and copper industry) including further development of the national market position in close coordination with international companies, as well as the holding.
- Analysis of market trends, sales potential, and competition, as well as derivation of a future-oriented segment strategy and relevant growth fields.
- Further development and adaptation of the product and service portfolio to local and global requirements.
- Promotion of cross-functional exchange and international cooperation.
Additionally, you will develop defined key accounts:
- Building and further development of global cooperations, networks, and international projects.
- Identification of market opportunities, as well as elaboration and implementation of innovative product and sales concepts.
- Close coordination with international locations for the implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Comprehensive care of key accounts including commercial and technical responsibility, as well as reporting.
What sets you apart:
- Successfully completed education or a degree in a commercial or technical field.
- Ideally, first professional experience in sales of technically or chemically explained products.
- Very good knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking.
- Developed communication skills, as well as a sovereign, friendly demeanor, and intercultural competence.
- High national travel readiness.
