Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
As a Software Go-to-Market Excellence Specialist, you shape how software is positioned and offered together with hardware solutions. You will join the Software Business Enablement team within the Software Transformation organization and define the business foundations that allow software enabled offerings to scale consistently across channels.
- Define software positioning and discovery concepts aligned to hardware solutions
- Design scalable go-to-market models for software across sales channels
- Partner with business stakeholders to shape consistent software market approaches
- Ensure go-to-market concepts work end‑to‑end across sales operations and after sales
- Contribute to channel‑independent software handling principles
- Drive alignment across business units with clear go-to-market direction and principles
- Identify adoption and scalability risks early and improve concepts accordingly
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
We are looking for a collaborative and business‑oriented professional with strong go-to-market expertise and the ability to work across functions. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic mindset to shape scalable and consistent software go-to-market approaches.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (mandatory)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software, technology and/or semiconductor go-to-market (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of end-to-end customer journeys across digital and indirect channels (mandatory)
- Familiarity with customer relationship management processes and tools
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills with a focus on scalability (mandatory)
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (mandatory)
- Fluent English communication skills (mandatory), with German language skills considered an advantage
