Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time.
The Role:
The Transactional analyst is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of AP invoices, managing supplier payment process, supplier reconciliations, and usage of AI to automate transactional finance operations activities that are done manually or consume effort and time. The role supports financial operations, and timely month‑end closing.
What You'll Do:
• Process vendor invoices (PO and non‑PO) with accuracy and in line with company policies.
• Perform three‑way matching (PO, GRN, invoice) and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure timely payments to suppliers and maintain good vendor relationships.
• Review and monitor aging of AP, perform accruals, and support month‑end closing.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues.
• Maintain updated vendor master data and support onboarding of new suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with AP policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Usage of AI tools that save time and effort consumed in some finance operations activities.
• Usage of Finance applications (Power BI, KNIME) to present transactional finance operations data in a clear understandable dashboard.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualification)
Educational and Experience Background:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

1 ~ 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable or similar finance function.

Strong understanding of P2P, O2C processes and accounting principles.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/etc.).

Experience with AI tools and Finance applications (Power BI, KNIME)

Good analytical and communication skills.
